The project aims at the development of transversal skills in managing and mediating diversity and conflict, through vocational training, using digital technologies and innovative training practices. The project makes explicit reference to the European system for the recognition of vocational training (ECVET, EQF, and EQAVET) and will:

  • explore in a transnational way the concept of Diversity and Conflict Management within Public Administrations and their training needs
  • develop training tools in digital mode aimed at Public Administration leaders focused on Diversity and Conflict Management
  • provide a space for the exchange of best practices and guidelines at European level for the implementation of targeted policies
  • develop guidelines for the advanced training of public administration employees
